Collection of eight cartoons, almost certainly all copied from various sources by a rather talented aspiring draughtsman. We identify at least one image as presumably not original, the opening cartoon captioned "No place like home," which depicts a flower pipe-smoking frog sitting on a toadstool beneath a larger toadstool. Other cartoons include "A Ticklish Job," depicting a young Black boy tickling a beleaguered donkey as two of his friends look on from the safe side of the fence; "Cast Up By the Tied" [sic], of a young farmer being kicked skyward by his milking cow; and "Up to Snuff," an outlier in this collection portraying a man and woman in aristocratic 18th century garb, the woman rearranging her dress as her fellow lights the chandelier while standing on a chair.
